Hey, I'm Josh.
And I became the one they never expected.
At 16, my math teacher told me to drop out and buy a leather jacket because I was never going to amount to anything.
My English teacher told me I didn’t deserve to take his class because I could barely read.
My freshman year in college, I dropped out. 1.4 GPA. That should have been the end.
Go find a job and just accept mediocracy.
But here’s what no one tells you.
Those moments don’t define your ceiling, they reveal your edge.
They force a decision: accept the story you’re given or build one of your own.

What Matters Now
I didn’t win because someone finally believed in me.
I won because I learned to believe in myself, take ownership of my growth, and design the discipline to outperform doubt.
That’s what I teach executives now.
Not how to be perfect.
Not how to be busy.
But how to build an edge that compounds, in how you think, lead, and develop others.
Because the most dangerous leaders aren’t the ones who were always picked.
They’re the ones who were counted out and decided to rise anyway.
And that’s where Your Edge begins.

So What's Next?
I didn’t get here by accident.
And I didn’t get here by having it harder than everyone else.
I got here by paying attention to what works, what breaks, and why capable people still get stuck.
Over time, one thing became clear:
Most people don’t need more motivation.
They need a system.
That’s what this work is about.
I work with people who are already driven, already capable, and already successful by most standards but who know there’s another level available to them.
Not by doing more.
By leading better.
I’m here to help you do exactly that.
